Shipping & Returns
1.15 At Good Look Lenses, we prioritise your satisfaction and convenience. By offering multiple shipping options through Royal Mail, we ensure that you have the flexibility to choose how quickly you receive your lenses. Whether through the fast-tracked services or the reliable standard options, your needs are met with care and professionalism.
Our Shipping options are stated below:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 - (1-2) Working Days)
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 - (2-3) Working Days)
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® by 1pm (2 days)
- Orders are packed Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
- Orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on Monday.
- Orders placed before 4pm will be shipped next working day.
Returns & Exchanges
1.16 At Goodlooklenses we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
1.17 However because of the nature of our products, hygiene reasons and to protect our customer’s health, we do not accept returns or exchanges on contact lenses that have been opened, used and not in their original packaging. This is due to cross contamination.
1.18 We advice that you check your lenses before opening the seal and that they are the lenses that you ordered.
1.19 We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns based solely on personal preference for the colour of contact lenses, as results can vary based on factors such as natural eye colour, lighting, and skin tone.
1.20 Prescription lenses & Toric lenses cannot be refunded or exchanged since they are custom-made to individual specifications; we advise verifying the prescription on the received lenses before opening the vials.
1.21 If you notice a discrepancy in the prescription, please refrain from opening the vials and contact us for assistance.
1.22 Goodlooklenses is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit, and any claims for damaged items should be directed to the delivery courier.
1.23 To be eligible for an exchange, items must be sealed, unused, unopened, and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
1.24 To initiate a return, please email us at goodlooklenses@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return; if accepted, we will provide return instructions.
1.25 Customers are responsible for return costs using a tracked service.
1.26 We will notify you after inspecting the returned item to confirm eligibility for an exchange, and any returns made without prior contact will not be accepted.
One your returned item is received and inspected we will inform you via email.
Makeup Products
1.27 Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on our products. We recommend carefully reviewing your choices before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.
Faulty Goods.
1.28 While it is very unlikely that any of our products are faulty, if you believe they are, please contact us within 14 days at goodlooklenses@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.
Returns & Costs
1.29 When returning an item to us, please note that Goodlooklenses is not responsible for any third-party fees; it is the customer's responsibility to cover all postal fees and return labels.
International Third Party Costs
1.30 Orders delivered to outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes when they reach their destination. You will be responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes.
Order Cancellations
1.31 Please note that we do not accept any cancellations once your order has been placed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
Lost Items \ Delivered items
1.32 If you experience any issues with items lost in the post, please contact us within 14 days at goodlooklenses@gmail.com.
Agreement
1.33 Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the above procedures are not followed.

Law and jurisdiction
1.34 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
