Returns \ Exchange
Due to Hygiene, we do Not provide refunds or exchanges.
All our product are carefully checked and packed before dispatch.
- 1.17 If the item is faulty upon opening please get in contact with us straight away via email and provide images of the faulty lenses at firstname.lastname@example.org
- 1.17a Unfortunately you cannot claim faulty lenses after 24 hours after receiving the lenses we will not be able to refund or replace the lenses.
Damaged Items In Transit
- 1.18 Any items that have been damaged in transit you will need to get in contact with us straight away via email and provide images of the damaged goods as soon as your item has been received. Please email us at email@example.com
Lost Items \ Delivered items
- 1.19 Any items lost in the post you will need to get in contact within 10 days at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Any items that shows delivered by Royal Mail and the customer claims the item has not been received, the customer will need to get in contact with Royal Mail.
- After 10 days any queries regarding your order not being delivered or damaged in the post, we will not be able to assist any further.
- We do NOT accept any cancellations after your order has been dispatched.
- If you do decide to cancel your order before your order being dispatched we will be more than happy to issue a refund excluding all third party fees.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above procedures have not been followed.
