Returns & Exchanges
- We do NOT accept any Returns or Exchanges
- We will NOT be able to accept any returns if the item has been opened due to hygiene reasons
- 1.17 If the item is faulty upon opening please get in contact with us straight away via email and provide images of the faulty lenses at firstname.lastname@example.org
Damaged Items In Transit
- 1.18 Any items that have been damaged in transit you will need to get in contact with us straight away via email and provide images of the damaged goods as soon as your item has been received. Please email us at email@example.com
- 1.19 Any items lost in the post you will need to get in contact with us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Any items that shows delivered by Royal Mail and the customer claims the item has not been received, the customer will need to get in contact with Royal Mail.
- After 4 days any queries regarding your order not being delivered or damaged in the post, we will not be able to assist any further.
- We do NOT accept any cancellations after your order has been dispatched.
- If you do decide to cancel your order before your order being dispatched we will be more than happy to issue a refund excluding all third party fees.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above procedures have not been followed.
